In addition to our amentities listed on our home page, your rental fee includes the following:

  • Furniture

    Included with your rental fee:

    ° 80 black plastic stacking chairs

    ° 8 round tables (36”, seating 4–6)

    ° Various couches and armchairs located throughout the facility

    Please note, the following mezzanine furniture must remain on the upper level:

    ° 4 rolling tables (40” high)

    ° 14 bar stools with backs

  • Event Coordinator & House Manager

    Your event includes a dedicated coordinator who will work with you to develop your event timeline, floor plan, and rental order. They ensure clear instructions are communicated to all vendors and to the on-site house manager, making certain every detail of your event is executed flawlessly.

    On the day of your event, a house manager will be present to coordinate with vendors and address any additional needs, allowing you to enjoy your celebration worry-free.

    Additional planning meetings and expanded services are available for a customized experience.

  • Custom Floor Plan

    We will work with you to create a custom, scaled floor plan tailored to your needs and preferences, ensuring your event is uniquely yours.

  • Prep Space

    Studio A on the lower level is available both the day before and the day of your event for you and your vendors. It can be used for food preparation, decorating, or any other event setup needs.

  • Sound System and MIcrophone

    Your rental includes access to our in-house sound system and microphone. Simply provide your device (laptop, phone, or tablet), and we will connect it for you—leaving you in control of the music and announcements throughout your event.

  • Party Lighting

    Our venue offers customizable party lighting to enhance the atmosphere of your event. With modern fixtures and adjustable color options, the lighting can be tailored to match your theme, highlight key areas of the room, and create the perfect mood—whether vibrant and energetic or soft and elegant. It’s an easy way to transform the space and make your celebration unforgettable.
